Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please email hello@homethatrocks.com and we will provide you with a returns form and address.
Your item must be returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition.
You must include your completed returns form including order number otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt and of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via PayPal.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you use an insured, reputable delivery company as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
